How can payment be made?

Payment can currently be made by paypal or bank wire. All pricing is in Euros.

When will my order be shipped?

When we receive full payment by either paypal or bank wire.

Are there duties on shipments outside the EU?

Possible duties, import and handling chanrges may apply on shipments outside if the EU. Duties are not included in your order and are at your expense.

Does VAT apply?

VAT applies on orders made within the EU.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped when confirmation of payment has been received. Shipment times vary depending on location. At time of check out an estimation of shipping time will be indicated.

With what service will my order be shipped?

We currently are only shipping with courier services (SDA, FedEx, UPS, TNT). Should you like to use another shipping service, please contact the shop directly.

Where is my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you at the email indicated when your order has been shipped.

I haven’t received my order.

Delays during this time can occur due to COVID, or holidays. Please check your tracking number for your shipment and if you have further questions, please contact the shop at +39 055 2342862.

I haven’t received my invoice.

Invoices will accompany the order. Please note that for invoicing within Italy a Codice Fiscale or Partita IVA is required as well as a PEC or Codice Unico if applicable.

Can I return my order?

If the shipping package is not intact, please do not accept it so as to provide for the return, control and possible new shipment. Returns are accepted as required by the regulations in force in Italy.
